Good Livin' Creator Contest: Creator Agreement

This Agreement is between you (the "Creator") and Good Livin' ("we", "us"). It applies if you are selected to participate in the Creator Contest. By signing below you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to the following.

1. Content commitment

If selected and sent a product gift, you agree to publish, at minimum: one (1) feed post on your wall AND three (3) stories, on at least three (3) separate occasions, featuring Good Livin' products.

2. Shared-folder content license & ownership

This section applies only to content you upload into the shared Good Livin' content folder. Content that you simply post or share on your own accounts, and do not upload into the shared folder, remains yours and is not transferred or licensed by this Agreement.

Any content you upload into the shared Good Livin' content folder becomes the property of Good Livin'. For that folder content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, and display it across any and all media now known or later developed, including advertising, email, social media, websites, packaging, paid ads, and any other marketing, without further approval, compensation, or attribution.

3. Name, image & likeness release

You grant us the right to use your name, handle, voice, image, and likeness as they appear in content you upload to the shared folder, for the purposes described above.

4. Your content is yours to give

You confirm all content you upload to the shared folder is original or properly cleared, and does not infringe anyone's rights. This includes music and audio. You are responsible for ensuring any audio in that content is cleared for our commercial use. Do not upload content containing third-party copyrighted material you cannot license to us.

5. Advertising disclosure

You agree to clearly disclose your relationship with Good Livin' on all posts as required by law (for example #ad, #sponsored, or "gifted"), in line with FTC and Canadian Competition Bureau guidelines.

6. Health & product claims

You agree not to make medical, disease, or unapproved health claims about the products (for example that they diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition). Share your genuine personal experience only.

7. Brand conduct

You agree to represent the brand respectfully, not to post disparaging or unlawful content in connection with Good Livin', and not to use fake followers, bots, or fraudulent engagement. We may disqualify or remove any creator for doing so.

8. Contest & prize rules

Points and winners are determined as described on this page. Six (6) winners will be selected: three (3) top point-earners and three (3) by random draw (one entry per point). No purchase is necessary to participate. Winners drawn by chance may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question. The getaway prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is subject to availability and eligibility (18+). Travel to and from the South Okanagan is the winner's responsibility. Void where prohibited.

9. Relationship

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or partner of Good Livin'. Nothing here creates an employment or agency relationship.

10. Privacy

We collect your contact and entry information to run the contest and will handle it in line with applicable privacy law (including PIPEDA). We will not sell your personal information.

11. Term & changes

We may update contest details or end the contest at any time. Either party may end participation with notice. The content license in Section 2 survives termination for content already uploaded to the shared folder.
